    Well, for the big picture, th VQ35 engine is commonly used throughout the Nissan/Infiniti lineup, being used in everything from the Altima 3.5 models, to the Maxima, Quest, G35, M35, and the FX35. It is also used in the Murano I believe. I may have left out some models, as it is very widely used, but those are the main ones.

    The new XTronic CVT transmission is also widely used. It is used in the Versa SL, Sentra, Altima, Maxima, Rogue, and Murano I believe.

    It’s common for any car manufacturer to use the same engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, clutches, stereos, etc. throughout their line up. I don’t know if any one part is used on every Nissan, but yes, many of them do share the same parts. Can you give us more information on what you’re specifically looking for. If you tell us the car or part you’re looking for, I know quite a few cars that share a lot of the same parts.
