I have an ML270. Great car but every time it requires a part the prices are 5 to 10 fold what is considered normal by my mechanic. eg. A set of front brake pads $A200. Flow meter $A600. I see most contributors are from the States. What do you know about this series, I know they are built in Atlanta. Do you know any parts dealers that will send to Australia?

You own the worst mercedes ever made there is no wa around it!!! I hate to be the one to info you of this but it is true horror stories abound and it will forever scar the Mercedes reputation. I could right a book on the problems of these cars however i will refer u too reading over the ML forums on http://www.mercedesforum.com.
ML due tend to have a few problems. It depends what year you have also. The later models are ok now but had some problems. The guy above me makes it sound like its the worst car in the world. My dad owns a MB repair shop and we dont see those in the shop that often at all.
