How to import 2nd hand car from Japan?

Just wondering how to import 2nd cars from Japan. E.g. I’m interested in buying a year 2002 Rx7 from Japan. Unforutnately the rx7 reconds in malaysia were mostly manufactured between 1991 to 1994. Why are there no more newer reconditioned cars being imported by the dealers?
